# Frontend handoff

Read the prototype at $ARGUMENTS and the surrounding project conventions before suggesting changes.

1. Identify layout, typography, spacing, and reusable components already present.
2. Describe desktop and mobile behavior, including overflow and long content.
3. List loading, empty, error, focus, and disabled states that are missing.
4. Write an implementation checklist with file references and observable acceptance checks.
5. Separate observations from assumptions. Ask only about decisions that block implementation.

Do not invent backend behavior or change files during the handoff.

## Output
Provide a compact handoff with existing behavior, required states, and acceptance checks.
