Privacy Policy

1. Local editing

Local drafts and preferences are stored in your browser. Local storage can be unavailable or cleared; download important work. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to access drafts. Local editing does not upload source until you explicitly save to cloud, share it, or send a question to the optional AI assistant. The assistant sends your question and selected editor context to Anthropic to generate a response.

2. Accounts and cloud content

AewolLabs Inc. operates ProLiveEditor. Firebase handles authentication, project documents, assets and version history. Signing in provides account identifiers, email and profile details. Cloud saves transmit your source, settings and project metadata. Paid recovery retains up to 100 versions within 30 days of saves. Deleting a project removes its current cloud content, history and app publications; provider backups and operational logs may follow separate retention periods.

3. Sharing and skills

Publishing a skill creates a public source snapshot with your author name, selected license, attribution and remix provenance. Review links expose the published project to link holders. Asset URLs are bearer links: anyone with the URL can view the file. Comments and their author display names are visible to review viewers. Unpublishing or revoking a link cannot recall downloaded copies.

4. Billing

Stripe processes subscriptions for AewolLabs Inc. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan and billing status. Card details are handled by Stripe. ProLiveEditor uses app-specific products and billing configuration within AewolLabs’ Stripe account.

5. Analytics and browser storage

The app uses browser storage for sign-in, preferences and drafts. Optional Firebase Analytics is disabled by default. When enabled by the operator, events record actions such as saving, reopening or starting checkout without source code, filenames or skill instructions. Provider analytics may also collect device, network and usage information. When advertising is configured, blog pages can load Google advertising scripts. Paid accounts do not see ads. Affiliate recommendations are labelled and may earn us a commission at no additional cost to you.

6. Other services

Selected CDN libraries, compiler modules and fonts can request resources from external providers. Cloudflare handles configured custom domains. Downloaded skills run only when you install them in another tool; ProLiveEditor does not execute uploaded skill instructions.

7. Data Security

Cloud access uses authentication and server authorization. Security controls include:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Encryption at rest for stored data
• Secure authentication practices
• Regular security audits

8. Children's Privacy

ProLiveEditor is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of data we hold about you
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data (from your account page, or by contacting us)
• Portability: Export your data in a standard format
• Opt-out: Manage browser storage and optional analytics settings

For free users, you can delete all locally stored data by clearing your browser's localStorage for this site.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly when we launch Premium features. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of ProLiveEditor after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
